The Malossi MHR 100cc exhaust system is a true high-end racing component, engineered to deliver outstanding performance on the track when paired with the matching 100cc cylinder kit.

Crafted from 0.8 mm steel sheet, laser-cut with precision, and assembled using T.I.G., M.I.G., and manual oxy-acetylene welding, this exhaust stands out for both quality and durability. Final manual finishing ensures a flawless build.

Connection to the silencer is made via a three-bolt light alloy flange, optimizing gas flow and improving overall dynamics. In addition, the system incorporates a precisely machined nozzle with tight tolerances to guarantee the ideal internal pressure within the exhaust.

⚠️ Important: This exhaust is designed to be used exclusively with the Malossi MHR 100cc cylinder kit. While it can be adapted to other cylinders, maximum performance is achieved only with this specific setup.
