Airsal 70cc Alu Sport Cylinder Kit + Radical Stealth ECU (Euro 4)

For Euro 4 engines, installing a larger cylinder kit requires an open ECU – otherwise, the engine will cut off at around 8,000 rpm. With this complete set, consisting of the Airsal 70cc Alu Sport cylinder and the Radical Stealth ECU, you can unleash the full potential of your engine, well beyond 8,000 rpm.

Radical Stealth ECU – Details

The Radical Racing ECU is specially developed for 70cc+ cylinders.

• Optimized ignition curve for larger displacement setups.

• No rpm limiter: unlike many other ECUs that cap the engine at ~12,000 rpm, this unit allows the motor to rev out cleanly, making it ideal for high-revving cylinder and exhaust combos (Malossi MHR, MHR Team, Airsal X-Treme, SCR Racing Line, etc.).

• Subtle design: similar in size and appearance to the OEM ECU, making installation easy and discreet – no fiddling with oversized adjustable units.

Airsal 70cc Alu Sport Cylinder – Details

The Airsal 70cc cylinder is made of lightweight aluminum with a hardened chrome-nicasil coating for durability.

• Better heat dissipation than cast-iron cylinders.

• Reduced risk of piston seizure thanks to the aluminum’s properties.

• Smooth and consistent torque curve, with power delivery starting early in the rev range – ideal for everyday sporty riding.

• Can be combined with original exhausts, offering flexibility in setup.
