Doppler Vortex 50cc Cylinder – Street Durability Meets Racing Power

French tuning brand Doppler has developed the Vortex 50cc cylinder to deliver the best of both worlds: long-lasting reliability for everyday riding and serious performance for 50cc racing. According to the manufacturer, the Vortex can reach 10–12 hp, depending on the setup.

The cylinder is Nikasil-coated, as is standard with aluminum models, and comes with a 2-ring piston to maximize durability in daily use. This combination ensures strong performance without compromising lifespan.

• With a 19 mm carburetor and a sport exhaust (e.g. Tecnigas Enox or Radical Racing Sport), the original crankshaft can remain in use.

• For setups with a 21 mm carburetor or larger and racing exhausts (such as SCR Racing Line or Doppler’s own Vortex), we recommend upgrading to a reinforced crankshaft.
