The Malossi crankshaft for the 100 cc cylinder consists of two crank halves forged from special steel and machined on high-precision CNC equipment. They then undergo a thermochemical treatment process that includes carburizing, hardening, and cryogenic cooling with nitrogen. This procedure delivers exceptional hardness and strength in the crank halves—properties required to withstand the high output of a 100 cc cylinder.

This crankshaft is intended to be used exclusively with the MHR 100 cylinder kit. While it can be adapted to other cylinders, the best performance is achieved when paired with that specific kit. Warning: installing this crankshaft requires milling the crankcase.
