All external screws have been changed from Phillips-head to internal hex (Allen) screws, making stuck or seized screws far less of an issue after long use. The float bowl has a quick-release design so you can swap the main jet and emulsion tube quickly. The intake bell is machined and polished, and the fine internal micro-grooving helps gently swirl the airflow for improved flow—similar in concept to a “golf ball pattern.”

We pre-fit the carb with a kit of three main jets. The standard size is 110, and sizes 105 and 115 are included to give you a rough starting point. For perfect tuning, you’ll still need to select the exact jet for your setup (cylinder/exhaust). The same idea applies to the pilot jets: the standard is 38, with 35 and 32 included. Lastly, a second, slightly thicker needle is also included.
